This has crashed more than 5 times just while I was trying to set up the first page, which is the lock screen. Too buggy. Deleting. iPhone 5, iOS 7

Just what I was looking for

Ive been using this app for a while and really enjoy the idea. But with the new iOS, I cant get the picture to work. Some of the information gets cut off from the home screen and the app constantly crashes ounces Ive picked a background picture. So I cant use this app because it doesnt save the pictures in the right size for the home screen to view the whole image. Please release an update that fixes all of these bugs.

I had this idea after a friend got had a heart attack and we didnt know who to call.

Fields are flexible, screen is informative yet attractive too. All my emergency info on the lock screen, and I put my own picture in the corner so if I misplace my phone my coworkers know whose it is. Primo!!!

was five star but now not setup for iPhone 5s and iOS 7. The wallpaper is the wrong size and the text position if off. This was my iOS 6 review: This app solves a problem very simply. It is well designed and easy to use. I was able to do something similar with photo editing software on my computer and a transfer to my phone. This is much more convenient.

Took me a min to figure out how to use full background image I wanted with an ID photo, but now its great. Could use more lines for info, though, but at least I have room to include my MedicAlert ID number.

This app is simple to use and allows you to put basic info on your locked screen. Only problem I had is that the data was cut off on the left side of the wallpaper. I just added 7 spaces to the beginning of each line to fix.

Just what I was looking for.

I was recently diagnosed with epilepsy so I wanted my phone to automatically display (1) an emergency number (2) my seizure med and dosage and (3) that I could have a seizure and this app is perfect for just those purposes. Works great on my 4s and I can still keep a pic of my son in the background on my lock screen :) many thanks to the authors. Highly recommended.

Info overlaps lock screen text. Needs to let user change text position, number of lines, and font size. Hasnt been updated since 2012, so you might want to look elsewhere.

5star idea!!! ***but*** 1} Px/info does not align properly on the screen. 2} Would like to be able to manage the fonts 3} Information input is restricted to developers mandates. Comments such as "$20 reward for return of phone", "Organ Donor", "DNR" or "Go Nebraska" are not particularly allowed. Open the field. 3} I would like to see a one click icon on the lock screen (like the camera) for this app.
